I have a newly acquired license for the pro version and the programmer's support forum does not work. I have tried several forums on their website and there is no way, so I resorted here, thank you

Maybe this is a sign to choose another form extension from another developer?

I have good experiences with RSForm Pro that I have been using since 2009.
